For Martina Masoli, Head of Events at Caiger & Co., every celebration begins with listening. From the first conversation, we look for the stories, memories and small rituals that make each couple who they are, then translate them into the food, atmosphere and details of the day. That might mean bringing two cultures together through a bespoke Filipino–Scottish menu, drawing inspiration from the restaurant where a couple first met, or incorporating a colour with personal significance. Nothing is taken from a template. Every element is considered, personal and shaped entirely around them.
