Alix may now be one of London’s renowned caterers, but that wasn’t something she achieved overnight. She has long had a deeply held passion for food, the sourcing of ingredients, and working for herself – so, it should be no great surprise that barely a year after graduating from the University of Leeds in 2010, she established Caiger & Co. Catering in pursuit of her dream.
